Sun-Dried Tomato & Rosemary Infused Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 10 Pieces Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups Zeytin Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Rosemary Leaves

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, seal with stretch film and let the flavors combine for 24 hours.  
  2. Blend infused olive oil in a food processor. Let the oil sit for another 24 hours before serving with warm, toasted bread. Enjoy!
