INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup OR
- 1-2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter
- 1/4 milk of choice
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds’
TO GARNISH
- 2 tbsp Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter
- 1 tbsp pistachio crumbs
- Freeze-dried raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk together Peppertux Farms Unsweetened Pistachio Butter and maple syrup OR just Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter with milk, yogurt and vanilla extract.
- Stir in oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds, ensure all ingredients are well combined.
- Refrigerate oats overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- Layer Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter on top of the oats. Garnish with pistachio crumbs and and freeze-dried raspberries.
